The customs register

It means the enterprises should declare the register data to the customs and open the customs recording after finishing the industrial-commercial registration and before operating  the importing and exporting business.

The customs register includes registration, modification register and write-off register.

Registration

The enterprises that can arrange the customs register are three kinds: professional declaration enterprise, agency  declaration enterprise and self-arranging declaration enterprise.

The enterprises that have the importing and exporting business right should arrange the qualification inspection, registration, declaration records in different places, annual examination and alternation register. They should also obey the declaration law and assume the liabilities.

Modification register

If the enterprises alter their name, the legal representative, declarant, register address, the business nature, the business lines, the registered capital and other contents that have been registered in customs, should arrange the alternation register to the customs office.

Write-off register

When the enterprises dissolute or bankrupt, theyshould submit written  reports to the customs, arrange the clearance procedures and write off the customs register.
