Charles started his accountancy career in 1974 and founded the firm in 1980. He is involved in audit, tax, insolvency and our Greater China practice. He actively participates in community affairs and was a member of the Selection Committee formed in 1995 for the establishment of The First Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Charles is also a lay member of the Insider Dealing Tribunal and a member of the Executive Council of the China Overseas Friendship Association and the Shanghai Chinese Overseas Friendship Association. He also acts as an honorary auditor and treasurer for many charitable, professional and social service organisations.
