The system of the annual examination

Financial register should arrange the annual examination from Jan.1 to Apr. 30 every year. The foreign invested enterprises should hand over the data for annual examination to the financial annual examination room of the joint examination office. If they are examined to be qualified, the examination department will give signatory in the financial register license, which means the enterprise has passed the annual examination.
