The legal people of the enterprises, the official machineries, government organizations, the legal people of the social groups, self-employed businessmen and the permanent representative offices of the offshore enterprises

◆ Registration organizations
The statistic bureau of different levels of governments will arrange the registration management in the principle of classified management. The registered enterprises will be given the statistic register license by the same level of the statistic bureau of the registered location.

◆ Registration terms
The statistic registration term will be as follows for different situations:
－The applied subjects should apply to the managing statistic bureau to arrange the registration in 30 days starting from the permitted days by the government;
－The investments of the fixed assets should be arrange the statistic registration in the local statistic bureau in 15 days from the permit days;
－When the belonging relations or the business ranges have changed, the statistic register units should apply to the origin statistic register organization to arrange the alternation registration;
－If the statistic register units remove out of the place of the origin statistic organizations, they should go to the origin statistic organizations to arrange the write-off register in 30 days beginning from the change of business register, and then arrange the statistic register in the new place organizations with the write-off documents;
－For those whose statistic registrations have been cancelled, they should arrange the write-off register in the origin register organizations in 30 days from the permitting day;
－When the statistic organizations dissolve, bankruptcy or merger, dividend, they should arrange the write-off register in the origin statistic organizations in 30 days from the finish of the liquidate day.

The statistic units will provide the following documents for different ways of registration:
－Government permit license or permit documents
－The business license, institution and social organization as legal persons register license and relative register license of other organizations
－Other relevant documents
