    1. From 1 November 2015 (including today) to apply to the General Administration of Customs for the record of intellectual property protection, the General Administration of Customs to suspend collection of filing fees.

 

    2. In case that the filing fee has been paid in advance to the Special Account of the General Administration of Customs, and the prepaid filing fee is not used for filing before November 1, 2015 (excluding this day), the applicant may apply to the General Administration of Customs Refund.

 

    Where a refund is made in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the applicant shall fill in the application for refund before May 1, 2016 (excluding today) and submit it to the General Administration of Customs for the issuance of the central non - tax revenue receipt (original) issued by the General Administration of Customs .
