The parties shall promptly inquire through the pre-entry system and confirm to the Customs within 5 working days the opinions of "agree to handle" or "do not agree to handle".
In accordance with the "Administrative Measures" provides that the parties should be submitted to the Customs and Excise Department materials, in principle, pre-entry system by electronic upload, the file format standard reference to "Customs Clearance paperless electronic document scanning or conversion file format standards" (General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 69 of 2014).
